Clipitra Digital Services LLP ("we", "us", "our") — This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the mobile game "Match Animal Story Puzzle".

Last Updated: December 25, 2025 App: Match Animal Story Puzzle

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Clipitra Digital Services LLP ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile game application "Match Animal Story Puzzle" (the "Game" or "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly — Optional Username

You may set a custom username when you first launch the Game. If you don't provide one, a random name is generated. This username is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers. You can change it anytime in profile settings.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs system. Examples include:

  • Game Progress: current level, level index, power-up unlock status
  • In-Game Currency: coin balance and power-up quantities
  • Game Settings: sound volume and music volume preferences
  • Power-Up Data: Undo, TimeFreeze, AutoMatch, Energy counts

Important: All game progress data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.

2.3 Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases (IAP) through Google Play or Apple App Store:

  • Transaction processing is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • We receive only a purchase receipt validation from the app store to verify the transaction.
  • We store a local flag on your device to track non-consumable purchases.
  • We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information — all payment data is handled by Google/Apple.

Third-party service used: Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP) — Purpose: facilitate in-app purchases; Data processed: purchase receipts; See Unity's Privacy Policy for details.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone, address)
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC, Android ID)
  • Location data (GPS or approximate location)
  • Photos, camera, or microphone data
  • Contacts or calendar information
  • User behavior tracking or analytics data
  • Advertising identifiers (GAID, IDFA)

3. How We Use Information

The data we store locally on your device is used only to:

  • Provide game functionality (save progress between sessions, track power-ups, maintain coin balance, store volume preferences, remember username).
  • Process In-App Purchases — verify receipt validity, grant purchased items, and prevent duplicate non-consumable purchases.

We do not use any data for advertising or marketing. The Game is ad-free and we do not track users for marketing.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

4.1 Third-Party Services Used

  • Unity Engine — Purpose: game development platform. No personal data is shared; Unity runs locally on the device.
  • Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP) — Purpose: process purchases. Data shared limited to purchase receipt validation handled by Google/Apple.
  • Google Play Store / Apple App Store — Purpose: app distribution and payment processing; transactions handled by the stores and subject to their privacy policies.

4.2 No Data Selling or Advertising Networks

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share data with advertising networks, use analytics/tracking services, or share data with data brokers or marketers.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or valid public authority requests (e.g., court orders). Given the minimal data we collect and local-only storage, such disclosures are unlikely.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage Only

All game data is stored locally using Unity PlayerPrefs (a local key-value store). Storage location is your device's internal private app storage and is accessible only by the Game app.

5.2 Security Measures

  • App sandboxing on Android/iOS prevents other apps from accessing game data.
  • No network transmission of game progress data — it stays on device.
  • Secure receipt validation uses Google Play/App Store mechanisms.
  • Regular updates to the Game address security vulnerabilities.

5.3 Data Retention

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Purchase history is maintained by Google Play/App Store per their policies. We do not maintain any user data on our servers.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Deletion

All your game data is stored locally. You can view username, level progress, and coin balance within the Game.

To delete all game data:

  • On Android: Settings > Apps > Match Animal Story Puzzle > Storage > Clear Data
  • On iOS: Uninstall the app (removes local data)

Important: Because we do not store backups, deleted progress cannot be recovered.

6.2 Purchase Information

Purchase history is maintained by the app stores. We only keep a local flag for non-consumable purchases; to manage purchase details, use your Google/Apple account settings.

6.3 Username Changes

You can change your username anytime in the profile/settings panel in the Game.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Age-Appropriate Design)

7.1 Age Requirements

The Game is family-friendly and suitable for all ages, including children under 13.

7.2 COPPA Compliance

We comply with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The optional username is stored locally only, and no persistent identifiers or behavioral advertising are used.

7.3 Parental Rights

Parents/guardians can delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling and can contact us with privacy concerns (see Contact section).

8. International Data Transfers

Since all game data is stored locally and not transmitted to external servers, no international data transfers occur. Receipt validation for IAP uses Google/Apple infrastructure and is subject to their policies.

9. GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland)

9.1 Legal Basis for Processing

Local game data processing is based on legitimate interests (providing game functionality) and contract performance (fulfilling purchases).

9.2 Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase (by clearing/uninstalling), and object to processing (by uninstalling). Data portability is not applicable because we do not store data on servers.

9.3 No Automated Decision-Making

We do not use profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

10.1 Information We Collect

See Section 2 — we collect only minimal locally-stored game data.

10.2 Your CCPA Rights

  • Know what data is collected (Section 2)
  • Delete: clear app storage
  • Opt-Out of Sale: not applicable — we do not sell personal information
  • Non-Discrimination: we do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights

10.3 Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information and have never sold personal information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in data practices, legal requirements, or new features. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or app update description. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

The Game does not contain links to third-party websites or services. App store interactions are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store privacy policies when you access them.

13. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users as required by law. Given that data is stored locally and no servers are maintained, breach risk from our side is minimal.

14. Contact Us
